Terms and Conditions of Sale

The terms and conditions listed below are valid for all purchases of products from Timedots’ online shop at www.time-dots.com (Global). All information on the website and in connection with placing orders, including these terms and conditions, is in English and the agreement is entered into in English.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale, which will at all times be accessible in Timedots’ online shop. Please read these terms and conditions thoroughly.

Prices and payment
All prices are listed in EURO and are inclusive 25% VAT. Shipping costs are not included. Shipping charges will be listed on the order summary, as well as in the order confirmation that is sent via e-mail.

Timedots accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express and via bank transfer or Paypal.

Delivery
Timedots provides for delivery to the recipient via Post Danmark (The Danish Postal Service). Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-15 business days depending on the location of your delivery adress.

In case the desired product is not in stock at the time of ordering, Timedots will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery.

Shipping costs are listed in the order confirmation and are to be paid by the buyer. Costs relating to customs clearance and local

VAT and administration fees to the local postal service are to be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the product(s).

Right of cancellation
You have a 14-day right of cancellation on ordered goods, calculated from the day on which they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the goods in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, the product cannot be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is not included. The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.

The customer are liable for return shipping.

When returned products are received and approved, the purchase price exclusive of shipping cost will be refunded to your account. This amount will be returned to you shortly after Timedots has received the return product(s) and had the opportunity control the product(s). Return costs are not included. 

Refunds
In case of returned goods or pre-paid orders that are cancelled prior to delivery, a partial or complete refund of the purchase price will be issued. Refunds are typically issued via bank transfer. Therefore Timedots requires information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and may be sent via e-mail or other traditional forms of correspondence.
