Service

If you have any questions or concerns about your Flextime wall clock, please contact Timedots at: tb@timedots.dk

If we cannot not resolve your issue via e-mail, you can send your wall clock to be serviced at Timedots. Also, depending on the issue, we might ask you to take your wall clock to your local watchmaker, and get the problem fixed on Timedots’ bill. This procedure will save you and Timedots the time and costs of shipping your wall clock around the globe.

The two most frequent problems for Timedots are: (a) An AA-battery of poor quality causeing the clockwork to lose time. Timedots recommends Duracel or Energizer batteries, which in our tests have been found to keep the clockwork going for over 2 years; (b) The hands are touching each other as they cross, and cause the clock to run inaccurately. In this case the hands would need an ajustment by either Timedots or a watchmaker.
